Have you ever seen this error message???

I'm doing some 5X swarf cuts

I'm using surfaces for the walls and other surfaces for the drive floors.

 

I'm getting this error

 

"All boundries of a surface degenerate (it will not be fixed)"

 

Click OK and the toolpaths backplots OK..

I've never seen this one before.. has anyone got an idea what may be causing it??

I've seen it. Usually on a Catia translated model. I have no idea what it is either.

This was a 100% Mastercam file..

originally V9, imported into X2_MR2.

I've worked on it off and on for months.

Saturday it blew up.. 5X swarf cuts

would not regen properly..

changing "max surfae deviation" from my long time default setting (.001) to .0002, fixed the problem

I have seen this also, but only when I pick a solid or solid face instead of a surface. If I make surfaces from the solid it does not come up with the error.
