Can't access cadcam's FTP Site

Hi guys,

 

I have problem accessing FTP site.

If I use mozilla firefox I get message

 

(425 can't open data connection)

 

If using explorer I get the message

 

(Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage)

 

I think it might be a problem with my firewall but I did the setting as told on emastercam website.

Can anybody help.

try core ftp lite

 

its a free download and works well for me.

No luck, here is the message recieved from CORE FTP lite.

2. if your are using ms internet explorer 6 then,

Connection Problems with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6:

 

-In Internet Explorer's menu, click on "Tools" and then "Internet Options"

-Click on the "Advanced" tab of the Internet Options dialog

-Uncheck the "Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)" checkbox

-Restart Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
