Streaming teacher

Hi all.

I've been a member for a few weeks now and have been lurking through the post and seeing what there is to see. Looks like alot of good info. I have been givin the opportinity to learn to program with OJT , draw back is no one here to help show me the ropes. There has been many trials and errors. I've been buying tutorials and going through them. I was looking and found the Streaming teacher on the emastercam site and was wondering if it is worth the time and money or is there a more informative site.

I think that you may find that trial and error is how many of us here have learned. That and this forum, which for me has proven priceless more times than I could count. I haven't had the opportunity to use the Streaming Teacher though.

Search the forum for Streaming Teacher for some opinions. I don't think I've heard anything bad about it. I've never used it myself.

Streaming Teacher is great,not as good as going to a class at a re-seller or a community college but it does the trick.They offer the Art platform for free,as long as you have Art you can follow.The place I have learned the most is right here in this forum, There are alot of guys that will bend over backwards to help you. If you get stuck on somthing post it and someone will come to your rescue almost immediatly,so keep the forum up and running all day.

I used Streaming teacher and found that it was pretty good. Worth the money for sure. A nice feature is the fact that if you buy a 1 year subscription you can go back for refreshers on any topic over that year. Definitely helpful. A good resource for learning the basics of MC. I agree with the others as well, this forum will help more than just about anything. If you can get the Streaming Teacher deal, I say go for it. The more resources you have to learn from the better you will be.
