We are using a heidenhain millplus but when i post a program is says there is a fault in the program.. Its impossible to wright 2 times a "G" code in the program.

Can someone tell me where i must edit the post to end a program without writing 2 "G" codes in one line?

It's hard to tell you were to look without seeing the output, so you know have to become the eyes in this game.

 

First, edit the post and search for fastmode. If you find it make sure it is set to 0 (zero) or no. Next search for bug2 and set it to -40 (ie. bug2 : -40). By doing this the NC file will contain a list of postblocks that were used to creat the NC output line. Then you can track into these postblocks and look for the problem area. Then we can figure out how to remove it.

 

You can post those lines from the NC file showing the problem and the debug output if you need additional help, otherwise contact your local Mastercam Reseller for their assistance.

I'm assuming that Dennis has a "G0 G90" line in his output, using an older version of one of our Millplus posts. Sounds like the Millplus only like one G-Code per line. A new one is available, and he's been notified.
