Corner Rounding

Is it possible to turn off corner rounding on selected cuts? The geometry has sharp corners but the toolpath interpolates the corner automatically.

I want to face the top of a part around a boss. If the toolpath didn't auto corner around the boss, the path would cut the outside corners without another pass.

What toolpath are you using? I don't think you can do this with facing.

 

In Pocket, set the "roll cutter around corners" drop down to "none".

I wish there was an option next to the Roll cutter around corners that allowed you to define a corner rad while rolling around the corners.

There is in lathe, in the finish lathe toolpath just under roll cutter around corners, there is "corner break" allows radius, chamfer or chamfer w/rads.

Well then I guess there is finally one thing the lathe guys have that the mill guys dont.
