I don't really know what's possible. The situation I was referring to happened several years ago. All I know for sure is that the part was scrapped and that R was definitely the problem. The .015 was more of a guess (don't remember exactly)... But I am positive that it was more than "a couple thou"... Is it possible that the potential for error grows with the size of the arc ?

Yeah, .015 is a bit out of the IJK/R realm.

 

My guess would be it's in the mechanical drive system...

If you go into your control def, under Arcs, if it producing R's it's likely set to RADIUS in the drop down. Try changing that to Delta Start To Center...that should give you IJK's
