4th axis help

I have never done any simultaneuos 4th axis work with mastercam. And maybe it's not possible, but what I'm trying to do is machine a radius, a flat, and another radius with a flat endmill by starting on 90 degrees and ending on 270 degrees in one motion on a horizontal machine. Here are some pics if that will make it any clearer.

Using x2 mr2 sp1.

Try using the Curve 5 axis path with a 4 axis output only. Use chains as the geometry method and chain the wireframe edges of your part. Pay close attention to the radial offset.

Make sure to use a flat bottom endmill to avoid scallops across the radii and flats. Can be done though may be a little off on radii, but not enough to worry about.

If you program the edges of the slot, arc-line-arc and use ROLLDIE, it will offset from the contours by the cutter radius (what you want). Almost everything else drives the center of the cutter. Leave the arcs a couple of degrees short, and you won't scrape the sides.

I've tried both methods with any combination I can use. And I cannot seem to get what I am after in backplot. (self taught noob). So I was wondering if someone could look at it and put a tool path on it, so I could see how to do it?
