They may want to make sure they are running the latest server software, if it remains a problem there is a License Manager utility that can be installed which allows a restart of the license manager to free up the licenses without having the reboot the server

What server vesrion are they on? I have the same problems with the licences.

I am using 8.3.

It has gotten drastically worse sence I installed X3, especially on the Lathe. It's been at least 5 crashes this morning and it wont let go of the licence so I have to reboot the server computer.

Using different versions at the same time can cause nethasp problems.

I can open 2 or three sessions of one version

and it will use one license.

If you start mixing your versions you will check out a license for each version that you open

Open V9 and X3 at the same time and you'll check out 2 licenses
