X3 Problem Saving File

I am getting the solids regen error when I save, or try to save, a file I am working on. I don't show any solids to be dirty in my solid tree. I have searched a little, but have not found any real answers to the problem. I have a few days in this project, and don't want to lose that time. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? Again, I'm running X3. I don't think, with all the bugs, this was ready for release.

try saving it under a different name

i have not had any problems saving files in x3

I have seen this warning if you are using a solid

to drive a toolpath and the toolpath is dirty..

Nothing dirty, across the board. I even regenerated all the toopaths, just in case. Still no joy. It doesn't seem to be effecting anything, so I'll just ignore it, and hope for the best. Thanks for the ideas guys.
