Printout not to scale

Occasionally I need to print out a quick paper template in order to rough cut out my materials.

For some reason my templates are printing out a little small, not 100% like I've got it set in the print dialogue box. I haven't gotten around to loading X3 yet so this is X2,MR2 SP1 I'm talking about.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to correct this?

Then scale your part to make it print right on your printer. Make 2" to 8" boxes going in 1" increments in Mastercam. Then print it and measure them with a set of verniers. Then take the average difference and use that as your scale. Scale up or down the amount reprint and then check. Now when you print these templates you know what your scale factor needed to be to get them exactly what you need.
