Recommended Posts

It happened a few times over the last few weeks.

TODAY, 4 times two on each circumstance of hitting

either the save or the print button.(lost approx

15 min each time)

I have rebooted 5 times today...

a total of 1 hr lost.

Anyone else having this problem?

Technically you lose an hour, 1 hour to catch up,

and thats 2 hours, 1 hr you could of progressed while you were catching up plus the intial hour

lost!

Sorry nothing to cheers about

gcode, is there a way to reload the machine def

on all the machine groups at once?

Or do I have to do it to all 20 separately?

"disable front buffer" was not check

Our X2 MR2 seats crash more often than mine for

different reasons, will those setting apply to

all 'X' versions?

Todd I already have that latest driver installed.

How does hitting the 'print Icon' botton(crashing)

relate to the video card?(software developing bug?)

Thanks for the tips Gents

gcode, exagerated a bit.

use a separate machine group for each component so I don't have to keep changing the stock sizes for verify

Big job example:

Core base = 1st (mach group)[Tool group for each]

core insert #1 = 2nd (Mach group)

core insert #2 = 3rd (etc)

cavity = 4th

cavity insert = 5th

slide #1 = 6th

slide #1 insert = 7th

Slide #2 =8th

slide #2 insert = 9th

two stage Core pin #1 = 10th

core ejection plate = 11th

cavity ejection plate = 12th

compound angle slide mount bracket for S1 = 13th

pneumatic cylinder mount block for S1 = 14th

When i create a mach group

I always re pick the machine def for each group even though its the 'only one' and default in my system config.

and MC still forgets it sometimes(rarely) and tell me the tool path is wrong for the machine group and I one have the one in there...lol

Cheers

Rick
