opening two copies of x3

when i try to open another sesionn of x3, i get an alarm that says x3 does not support multipal instances, but if you click ignore, it opens anyway? What the heck?

my coworker has no problem opening five instances, I'm on x3 mu1 and he is reg x3

up both files then you were warned.

 

I Crunch two separate 3-d surface tool files

the same time and have had no issues....yet.

caller: I can't believe the effin' software companies, they charge all of this money and can't make a piece of software that works, how do they get away with this BS???? We pay all of this money and if doesn't work worth a sh*t. I spent all this money on a kick arse computer, all I am trying to run is run 7 session of this software and it keeps crashing and I keep losing all of my work, WTF is going on??? I mean why can't I run 7 simple sessions, it's not like I can possibly use them all but I want to seem sooo cool that my system can do it.

Its a disclaimer warning. All licenses have it.

 

Ex: If you use Auto save it can become problematic

running two session(get confused). I never use autosave for other old

bug related issues and all is good in that regard.

I often have two sessions running at the same time. Haven't had a problem yet. (I don't use autosave either).

Multiple instances of Mastercam on the same computer are treated as a single license not multiple

UNLESS, you're running V9 and a session of X, that situation will check out 2 licenses from what I have seen
