what would be the problem?

we are running x3mu1 on dell workstation t5400 quad core and just like magic in the worst way mastercam verifier just stop working with pop up warning "fatal error in verify click ok and call mastercam". It is not in the exact sentence but some of you may have seen this. What is it that causes this performance to cease?

Email me. It is a problem with the Verify module. I have software (Magics RP) that can fix the STL file you are using so it will work.

that does help but if while verifying the stl gets to big you will see this alarm

You are right Rick. It is consistence on all programs that we are working on. First the verifier is getting slower and then stops working completely. Colin it is not just one, I mean on all complicate parts that we do on our 5 axis, and most of the times we don’t have simple parts to cut.

Can you get upgraded to X4? Talk with Skip Baker. X4 does much better at handling STL files...

Sometimes reducing the "quality" slider in verify can be helpful.

I found that shutting off "true solids" will ushally fix the problem but you can't move the model afterwards.
