Default paremeter settings

Is there a way to set stock to leave, tip comp. ect... to a default instead of the last setting. Example when I do a drill cycle or contour and set tip comp or stock to leave the next drill cycle or contour has the same setting as the last used. It does not matter what your settings are in your operations default. I recently scrapped a part cause I missed that the tip comp was checked because the last cycle I did I used it. I ended up with a 3/8 spot for a 10-32 hole.
