Any good examples of X4 mu2 machine simulation?

Does anyone know where I can find a good working example of Mastercam's machine simulation. I looked through the sample files and did not see anything. Is this fully functional?

It works really well if the machine is exactly what the Machsim definition is what the machine accurately reflects. But if you have to create a custom machine- good luck!! I tried with CNC Software and Camiax's help and still couldn't get a 5 axis VMC setup to accurately reflect the posting that happened to the code. Best bet so far is vericut.

Did you try the Camaix NCX2Check that has the same interface as Machsim but does use the actual NC code? I am not quite certain of the current price but it should be only a fraction of the Vericut price.

I attended last week a webinar for setting up the machine for Machsim. I was actually surprised how easy setting up the machine. the hard part is getting the solid model of the machine. The machine tools manufacturers are not always so helpful in provideing them. But once you have the solid model it is fairly easy. I think you get the machine setup, when you purchase a program that does use the actual NC code.
