The Master3DGage Westect 2010.

Well guys Verisurf has come out with a new Device only for Mastercam users. We have the Master3DGage Portable CMM arm and software we unveiled at the response was great this year at Westec.

 

 

CNC software was gracious enough to allow us time in their booth to give live demonstrations. I did over 15 presentations while in the booth and everyone that seen this in action was impressed. Those that are familiar with Verisurf understand how easy it is to use along with its power. Now you can go through your Local Mastercam dealer and get the Device and software as one package at a reasonable price. We will be hosting a webinar with Modern Machine Shop. You guys know I am Senior Manufacturing Engineer for Aerospace company and I am pushing our owner to get one of these devices for our shop. It is easy to use, very well made and with an accuracy of .0002 in the working area you can check a lot of things very quick. I will be posting up some different screen shots of things and hope some of you can take the time to check our what this device with the Verisurf Software can do for the smallest to the biggest shops to help you check parts and know if they are good or bad very quickly. As you can see with the picture below it has 6 axis of direction and control. It also has a battery pack and optional Wifi Connection so it can be taken anywhere in the shop as used to preform inspections. Again this is a complete package with software and Master3DGage Portable CMM device.

Does it have reverse engineering capabilities?

Yes guys it does have reverse capabilities as an add-on.

 

No reason to get rid of your arm to go with this one unless you guys want an additional arm for the floor. Talk to your dealer about getting just the software we work with a majority of the portable CMM devices. This is something being offered through the Mastercam dealers.
