go to cgtechxxxlibrarymazatrol_matrix.sub and in section tool change(called by M06) edit this:

CGTECH_MACRO "ActiveSpindleCompName" "Tool_Spindle"

CGTECH_MACRO "ActiveSpindleOnOff" "" 0

CGTECH_MACRO "ActiveSpindleCompName" "Part_Spindle"

to this:

CGTECH_MACRO "ActiveSpindleCompName" "Spindle"

CGTECH_MACRO "ActiveSpindleOnOff" "" 1

CGTECH_MACRO "ActiveSpindleCompName" "Spindle"

Thank you very much and i have another question. All my machines have a sub plate about 2.5" thick ontop of machine table and my question is:

is there any way i can change the machine config.or setting up the vericut? so when i create a stock, my stock alway sit on top of sub plate not on top the mahine table?

Thanks in advance

It really depends on where that Fixture component is located. Tinhman mentioned that he has a 2.5" sub plate on his machines. In order to see that sub plate, it should be loaded as a Fixture model. By moving the fixture component up, if he loads that sub plate, his part would be buried in fixture. The correct move in his case is to move the Stock component...

Here is what i got from Vericut forum.

------------------------------------

Display your Project tree

Select the Attach component branch in the tree

In the Configure Component panel in the bottom of the Project tree, Translate tab

Position = 0 0 2.5

By moving this component, the stock and fixture will be translated 2.5 inch

Happy holiday
