multiple entity modification

anyone know a way to quickly change/modify miltiple arcs.

 

I can select all the arcs but cant change them all at once.

 

I know I can edit the entity by selecting analyze and changing the diameter but that only works for the single arc.

 

 

I thought the "propagate Icon" should work but it didn't.

What version as there is free chook call Arc Multiedit and does what you want.
