I'm fairly new to the rotary 4th axis machining and it appears to me that the rotary is going way to fast. I have check in the post this line:

use_frinv : 1 #Use Inverse Time Feedrates in 4 Axis, (0 = no, 1 = yes)

I have switch use inverse on. However in between G94 and G95 when switching to inverse it seems to scream. What am I missing?

Thanks

Okay I found out that the inverse is not set up in the machine tool. so I went back to G94 G95.

Okay can I ask another 4th axis question. The move to the first position is G1 instead of G0 How can I change this so it does not feed to first position.

Thanks
