Is streaming teacher included in maintainence??

Just wondering.. I got a newby that wants to learn programming.

 

Anything better than streaming teacher for self learning? besides trial and error.. lol!

Send him to my Mill Level 1 class at Clackamas Community College. Starts in two weeks. Meets Mon and thurs 4:30-8:20. StreamingTeacher is our "textbook".

 

If it's any consolation, I've got a few guys that take the class year after year; just to keep sharp and learn new features in a relaxed and great environment.

You're a Master Toolpath Engineer. Why dont you train him? He would be learning from the best of the best then, and would become a Master himself.

get the level 1 mill tutorial from this site, it will teach him the basics.

Mastercam U is a pretty nice tool for learning, It covers quite a bit of the basics and tool paths in the level one. The advanced mastercam U covers alot of the high speed, and 3d milling apps.

Some maintenance packages include mastercam u. We have access to it & didn't even know it. I would have loved to have it when i was starting out. Reseller classes are helpful also, but aren't free.
