Ops library

Hi All!

 

I'm using V9, and when I go into the ops manager, right click, and try to "get" an operation (1/2-13), there's nothing there. Am I doing something wrong?

Mike,

Are you looking for the tapping operations? If you are hit the select key at the top and look in the ops folder for for tap_in.op9. That will bring up the 1/2"-13 tap operation and all the other english tapping operations.

Thanks Mike, but when I hit the select button, nothing is there. Like, there are no defined ops that came with V9.

Do you have an ops library (personal) that you need to get it from? If so, can you change libraries?

 

Did you have it in a library from v8 that you can update?

Mike they are not there by default.

I can send you the ops with all the diffrent tap sizes.

 

This was a pain when I was teaching and the book asked them to do this and I had to load them on 20 seats RIGHT AWAY.

 

Mike I am loading in the folder that has Misc a Zip file called "ops8&9" unzip in to the folder mill ops dir.

 

this contains boreing ,taping ,drilling.
