Thanks Mark H, you pointed me in the right direction. I'm running win NT but I don't have MCVIEW2.DLL, nor do I have mcview2.hlp file. Will MCVIEW.DLL for under NT OS? Are these files on the install CD (my CD is kept under lock and key by the IT guy). I remember doing this for V8 and I miss it in V9.

I tried setting this up, ATL.DLL, and I got this error "OLE INITIALIZE FAILED" I'm running NT. Thanks

Neal Z make sure MC is not running. now close Explore and try again it will take.

It worked on my NT box using mcview.dll.

I was able to get this to work on my second try. I initially was using the mc8 directory. I applied the "three" files in this order. Alt.dll,mcdescr.dll,mcview.dll
