How do I get rid of the "V" when a g28 is called?

I get U, V, W as below.

I just need U and W, the V is throwing an alarm.

Using the standard fanuc 2 axis lathe post.

etc etc...

G0 Z.25

The V is for Y-axis, so I assume the post is not a 2-axis lathe post. I don't use MC for lathe so I can't help you get rid of it but I just thought I would mention it's for Y-axis.

Remove the y axis from the machine def and reset the machine axes to XZ only.

That may be a 2 axis post but the post reads the machine def and there is a Y axis in the machine def or the post would not be outputting it.
