Operations come up dirty?

So, I am starting at a new co.

 

Each day I come in - when I start X5 - and load the prior days file - all of the operations are flagged as dirty, and 0 bytes.

 

Is this a known issue or is there configuration issue on the computer on this end?

 

I should also mention - surfacing ops on solid models created in X5

 

Multiple parts in one file. Working from muliple views.

 

I think that covers it.

In your config file, under files, is the Restore entire toolpath data in File, Open. Is this checkbox checked?

My only guess is maybe it is not?

I didn't catch that - both computers here had that unchecked.

If you are opening a really big file that takes a long time to open . it is sometime useful to turn that off.

Back in V9 days I had a couple of files that took 30-40 minutes to open.

Unchecking this box would allow them to open quickly if I just needed to check something.
