Here's one way to do that. Break the last entity in your chain the length you want your tab to be. Your first operation will be a contour with a partial chain on your punch with the 1st entity being the start of your punch and last being the entity you broke but not including the last segment (tab). Next do another operation with just the tab being the only entity in your cut. There in your power setting you can either change your wire offset or your stock to leave to allow extra material for grinding.
