Lathe X+ to X-

[FAS]

Need to switch from X+ to X- on the lathe.

Can this be done through the Machine or Control definition, or is it a post deal?

Looked and searched but am missing it.

watch your G2,G3 arc moves. they may be backwards

 

out of 17 Lathes we have, the ol' SL 45 Mori is X-

what a pain. We have Re-post for converting programs from the other Mori's

+1 to Wes... good chance they may be backwards.

Also I should say, if the dia_mult variable is already -1, you should change it to 1, whatever it is, just swap between negative and positive or vice versa.

As you can see I already flip flopped mine, but only in that 1 place. You might want to contact your reseller, these changes are not something to take lightly, maybe he/she can look over what you've done and give you their "professional opinion" on possible side effects or maybe a better way to make these changes...
