Need to switch from X+ to X- on the lathe.
Can this be done through the Machine or Control definition, or is it a post deal?
Looked and searched but am missing it.
Thanks,

X5, with a basic conical cavity. Using the Opti-rough path with a step down of .04 the tool will only go approx. half of full depth.
Increasing the step down to .100 and it goes full depth but this is way too heavy of a cut. Have adjusted all helix values pertaining
to this particular path with no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Dino
Is it possible to change the main origin indicator to something other than black. Running the black background makes it disappear. Just want it multi-colored like the viewport, tool, and construction ones.
The backplot advance bar is visible but shaded out, is this due to lack of RAM? Working for simple 2D but not for surfaces. Have tried increasing allocation but to no avail. Only have about 400meg. Simple upgrade?
Thanks,
FAS
I've noticed that size of merge file has somtimes had something to do with it. Merging large into small sometimes triggers it. Another work around is to create a dummy solid enveloping your original then merging the dummy in.

Don't use a plug and see if you get the same results. Chuck on a plug and trepan a face groove on the front of the jaws, use a ring in the face groove to then chuck on and bore the diameter thru. Just a thought.
