Sandvik Tool Library-Lathe

I'm looking for a generous person who'd like to share their Sandvik tool library for lathe.

 

We did have a start to the library, above and beyond the default Sandvik library offered by MC.

We had added inserts and holders that were not in the MC library. When I updated to v9.1 I didn't save the insert and bar libraries. I did save the TL9 tools libs but not the LHC and LIC files. I know a big duh! But does anyone have a more complete library of Sandvik inserts and holders. I had found the library was not complete being we had to create lots of tool holders and some inserts.

 

If anyone which like to share their library we'd appreciate it alot!

If I had a more complete library, I'd share it with you, but all I've added is a couple of profile boring bars using the VBMT insert :/

I keep meaning to update the library a bit more, but the old enemy time is always against me.

 

And the US catalogue has a quite a few tools in it that the rest of the world doesn't have. (I used to be a Sanvik rep, and we sometimes used to order stuff from the US catalogue to satisfy a particular need for a customer)

The holder lib I had was quite a few the insert lib wasn't all that much more but still.

The libraries is the same as the supplied ones in MC. It had the same number of entries in it. I have started to create a larger insert and bore library again. Before I had like 20 to 30 additional inserts and about 40 additional bars. Of course some were custom but most were bars and insert straight from the Sandvik catalog.

 

Once I re-create the library I'll share.
