4 axis wire on mits problem

ok I wrote a program using 4th axis on x5 using direct 4th axis setting.My geometry is a 1.00 hole on 1 deg with a 1/4 key protruding out about a 1/4 inch that has no draft.I chained the top

contour and bottom countour plugged in the numbers program looks good.But alarms out the machine (p1083 uv cir.err mode of setting block not straight line move.The program will run if i use the 4axis setting and not direct 4 axis setting.I just dont like all the line moves and facet look to the part.

 

Any Ideas?
