I might be confused here, but if you want each operation to post out seperately you can give each operation a different NC name, i.e. 1, 2, 3 etc and it will post out seperately..

 

Right click on the operation, choose "Edit selected operation, choose "Change NC file name" and write it there...

 

There might be other and easier options, but that's the one I know...

Just select only 1 operation & post it. It will ask if you want to post all, say no.

I modified a post to did that for my Mazak machine a while back ago but in V9. I may still have it. Send me a email if you want it so i can dig it up for you.
