Pick up hole im wire edm program

Ok so this is what I'm trying to do, I have a large block that has milled shapes on one side, then in the center of each shape I have a hole in which I want to pick up center on wire, then move to my starting burn hole location and cut this part out. I want to write a program where I can pick up my first hole in the part manually, then the wire will move to x... Y... And cut out my part. After this part is complete and I take it out, I would like the program to move to the next refrence hole and pick up center, then move to the x...y... Value and cut out this part also. I have a lot of parts in these blocks, I just don't want to have to manually pick up each reference hole on each part and start program over. So how can I add in the program to pick up center of a hole automatically then move to x...y...?

O yea, I'm using x5 and I'm on a Mitsubishi fa20s

Do you have a center find macro you can insert in your program?

No, I don't. I'm really not sure how all that works. Never dealt with it. Any suggestions?

I would recommend you contact your machine reseller to see if they know of the machines capabilities.

Travis, I'm not familiar with the Mits. codes. I know how to do it with the Fanucs. Look in your book and see if there is a G code command for a center hole pick up. On mine it is a G71.

On our Makino's it G77 it looks like. The codes and explanations are listed in our programming manual for the controller itself if you have any for your machines.

If you can't find it , I think I stil have the books at home. I will look, when I get home tonite, if you need info. Been 3-4 yrs., can't remember offhand.
