Breaking up X and Z moves----HARDINGE GT LATHE

Hello All.

I am currently working on a post for a HARDINGE GT LATHE. There used to be a switch in the older posts to " omit breakup of X Y and Z moves" . I notice with the newer posts supplied with X5 that the switch is no longer there. I can ensure that I breakup the moves in my operations by using Reference "approach" and "retract". But can anyone tell me if the post option is still there? I am using the GENERIC 2 AXIS LATHE post BTW. Should I be using the MPLMASTER?

Thanks

Chris

I thought I saw something in the Control definition or somewhere a while back.....can't seem to find it now???

This is in the MPLmaster post

nobrk$ : yes$ #CD_VAR Omit breakup of x, y & z rapid moves

But the "CD_VAR tells me there IS somewhere in the control def to set this....

I will look around a bit more when I get some time.
