Undercutting with Lolipop

Im trying to do an undercut for the first time. I did a search and found alot of help and direction. I have a lolipop defined and using auto, but as my search on this topic says to allow for undercut, I can't seem to find it. I'm using Surface finish contour.

You'll need to use containment boundary with this one (be careful how you comp your tool: inside, center or outside). Adding check surfaces helps if you can't get desired results with containment alone.

You might have to get creative, depending on your geometry.

With Surface Finish Contour, there is no 'allow for undercut' setting. You need to go into the Gap Setting dialog box, on the 'Finish Contour Parameters' page, and turn off the 'check transition motion for gouge' and 'check retract motion for gouge' check boxes.

Then you should use the 'Reference Points' button to create a start and end point for the toolpath that won't cause a gouge.

It is a 3D type cut. I have a dialog boxes that keep popping up. One is "Tapered lollipop tool shape not supported - straight shoulder lollipop tool will be used" My lollipop is defined with a very slight taper, If I don't use a taper it becomes a ball mill.
