Drafting Fonts

Does anybody know how to fill tru type fonts? The stick font is just to narrow to use when printing and sometimes is very hard to see for the people whom use glasses.

 

When I use bold it just makes the font bigger and not filled.

Go to settings, config,dimensions and notes, the + symbol, and go down to leaders and witness lines.change your arrow style to either triangle or open triangle and check the filled dialog box.

Thats for arrows only, I want the actual true type font to be filled, need to have it more clearer when printing for the set up guys on the floor.

Create the font then go to edit>trim/break>break drafting entities. After that add a cross hatch with a close spacing and window chain all of the notes you want filled in.

Not what your looking for but you can change the "line width" of drafting and notes to make it look thicker.... FYI

Instead of using cross hatch in the above method, You can also use Create--Surface--Flat Boundary with the window chain and it will fill in the text...John
