Hi all,

I´ve got a problem here.

In the programm below everything is shown fine in Cimco backplot also in the machine simulation. When I start the cycle the machine cuts through the part. This shouldn´t happen. Is there a parameter to change in the control?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Your I,J centers are relative, and your control is interpreting as absolute.

Not sure about your control, but G91.1 might set to relative IIJK mode.

Alternatively in your CAM program sel ABSOLUTE ARCS.

This program also needs a feed rate

Probably has to do with your arc tolerance setting.

I disagree. I put the code in my emulator, and it had crop circles.

Selected incremental arcs and it made sense.

Note the small values of I and J which is the center X and Y relative to the current X and Y value.

I do programming for a living.
