Preload/Self-Lock Locking Thread

I am looking for a manufaturer that has an off the shelf threadmill for .750-16F preload locking threads (material to be cut is Titanium).

Spirolock held the patent (expired now) but even they do not have the tool on the shelf.

Any leads would be appreciated.

Yeah... They said 8-10 weeks lead time.

For now I have a local cutter-grinder make us a couple of pcs. for next week.

I have tried Spirolock, Scientific, Threadmill USA, Guhring, Emuge, OSG, Iscar, Advent and Internal Tool.

I purchased some spiral lock style threadmills(1/4-28) from a company in Florida a few years back. They were about 1/3 of the Spiral lock price and they had them on the shelf. I have one of their threadmills sitting here in front of me but it doesnt have a manufacturer name on it. I have looked to try to find their information in our system but I can't find a thing.

 

I know it was a larger Europen company that has a location in Florida and I think Form was part of their name. I know this is not very much help, but atleast it lets you know that there is an alternative out there. I will keep looking and maybe someone on the forum can find something in the mean time.
