Fagor feedrate problem

I have a xxxxor 8025 control retrofit on a DeVlieg horizontal. It looks like the feedrate needs to be F0200.00 for 20 ipm instead of F0020.00.

This is my format statement:

fs 17 4.2lt #Decimal, absolute, 4 leading, 2 trailing

What am i missing?

Also, does it have to force the leading zeros on the feedrate or not?

Would it not be just taking the incremntal vaule and making it a mulitply it by 10 to get the correct feedrate to what you want?

This is what I did:

pfr # Feedrate W/O Negative Feedrates

fr = fr * 10

if fr > zero, fr

Ok after taking a secto think about it. I would have to know a little more about post but will say this. the vaule of 20 is 20 no matter how you put the leading or trailing amounts. So you would need to then creat an equation that would take the variable for your feedrate and have it mulitply it by 10 to give you the adjust ment you need to post out correct.

 

I would also look and see if you can not adjust the controller to see that the 20 is really 200.
