Brian, I cannot see the file because we don't have X6 installed, but we typically use a "standard" chamfer mill and phony geometry on the top of the part for something like this, then adjust the Z to get her where she needs to go. This is a hack, I understand, but it typically works.

I ended up describing the tool as a slot mill and using a custom profile on a level. I couldn't use the double angle tool so I ground up a back draft cutter and that did the trick. I had to scale the cutter to a radial 1" dim so the back plot would be accurate.

just did a simple contour with the right tool def.. yes i know the tool looks rough but you can grind the tool relief at the top how ever you need but just make the tool and contor it other wise you can use a key cutter and use parlle z but that a 5 axes toolpath and can post out as 3 but you need multi axes capabilitys
