Active reports dialog

Is there a way to change the dialog when you first start active reports?

 

Note1 , 2 & 3 are dialog #'s that I am using for specific instructions (datum) (clamping) etc...

 

Where is this naming format controlled when the report dialog opens?

 

I have modified my reports and I also keep getting one extra blank page at the bottom of the report.

 

have no idea where I am getting this from.

The titles of those fields can be changed to anything, just click on them and you can type whatever you want in there. The blank page thing is something I'm still dealing with, its a pain to get these to print out without an extra blank page stuck in there somewhere.

The blank page can be removed by changing your page size in the activereports setup

So simple I feel foolish for asking.

 

I changed my reports to portrait and the window (page length) is well short of 8 inches of the 11. Is there a setting in setup that needs to be changed and would this be on my top report file or all sub reports as well?

Hi Bill,

 

I think what you will need to do is drag your boundaries in your main report AND your subreports to get the new page dimensions you are after. length will not be too much of a concern for your subreports, but width will be. Please note my previous post, and if you are getting blank pages when you print, you may need to reduce the width of your page and all entities, this will fix that problem.

At first I didn't like the active reports, but once I started messing with the way they look.... I like it.
