In SIMULATION SETTINGS you have to make sure you choose "ALL"

That will recognize the current part you have on the Mastercam Screen. Any other option, like "SAME" will use what was last opened in the simulation.

 

In Robotmaster V5 you need to select "ALL ELEMENTS" To use the geometry on the screen. It may serve you well to click on "SELECT" and do a window selection of the part geometry you are programming to, just to make sure you are referencing the correct geo in Robotmaster

 

In Robotmaster V6 you need to Select "ALL" in the simulation Settings "PART" dropdown for the same reason
