5 axis or 3+2? How to do this part

I seem to be a tiny bit stuck as to how I could machine the green cavities on this attached part. Green for drive surfaces and red for check surfaces. I may be over complicating things by seeing it as a 5 axis machining strategy or a 'simple' surface rough / surface finish operation sequence.

 

Does anyone have any thoughts? I would be grateful of any input.

In my previous position, I saw that a lot.....

 

People would get a file and look at is as a whole, thinking it was complicated and difficult.....

 

Sit back, look at the features as something to be created, in doing that I found you could usually apply the simple solution to the greatest effect
