need to update an old post to X6

I just started at a new company and they have an old robodrill 5th axis post from 2008. I tried to update the post and create a machine definition and control definition using the update post c-hook with no luck. Can some one point me in the right direction so I can post this out.

 

I used a generic 5 axis machine to program the part but I am unsure if the code will be correct.

If it is a locked post the update utility will not update it. Will need to contact your reseller to see about getting help.

How can I tell if it's locked?

All 5 axis posts have locked a psb file.

If the post update chook cannot properly update the post, you will have

to get your dealer ( or post developer) to do it for you
