Ops reference warning

Our IT guys changed some stuff on our network. Now the referenced file warning pops up when opening a file. (See attachment) It is an old file brought into x6 to update some ops. I get "The above file name is referenced in the file being opened. A current version of this file can not be found so the previous version file wlill continue to be referenced." The file shown is %MCAMDIR%mill\ops\mill inch defaults from v9 defaults.

 

I don't get where the file is referenced from. Especially a v9 file.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Try reloading your machine def in this file.

 

I believe that MC saves a copy of the current machine/control def, defaults file, and similar "config-type" files inside the MC file itself. It kinda sounds to me like this old V9 file is still trying to use those old files, but can't find them. Reloading the machine def should help it find the current defaults file.
