There are two locations you need to check but as Jay said we need to know if you're getting any fixture offsets so we can tell you what you need to change and how you need to change it.

On a side note, it is considered to be yelling WHEN YOU TYPE IN ALL CAPS ON THE INTERNET. So be kind and turn off the Caps Lock please, and Welcome to the Forum! cheers.gifcheers.gif

+ on Rekd and you can also set up your post to not output the WCS at every toolchange. I may have 10 different offsets in one program with anywhere from 4 to 20 operation for each one an my post will post them all with no problem and no psot editing required. We will be more than glad to help put up soe msample code and we will try to point you in the right direction.

So, you're getting G54 now and you want others.

In the T/C Plane settings on the Toolpath Parameters page (first page of nearly all toolpaths), open it, and you'll see a "Work Offset" checkbox. Normally (By default) this is set to -1 and greyed out. This means Mastercam will handle iot for you. If you want to set it yourself, click the checkbox to activate it ans set it to 0 for G54, 1, for G55, 2 for G56, 3 for G57, 4 for G58, 5 for G59 and 6 for G54.1 P1 and so on and so forth.

Th ebest way I've found to handle this is in the WCS. Once you set the active WCS with an offset, it will remain active until you change to a new one.

Ok well I never switch the WCS so guess that is why it is like that. Yeah I know I need to but everytime I do it never works right and I just go with what works. Take a look at 7 4TH AXIS.ZIP you will see what I mean if you look at the verify it looks fine but what I had to do to make that work was a whole different story.
