Is the file currently drawn in the inch system?

You could change the config from inch to metric and it will ask if you would like to scale the current part.

If it is not scaled then you could use X-Form scale and multiply by 25.4.

If you have a drawing with inch dims but would like to draw it in metric you could input your values in the calculable as the inch value followed by "in" and it will be converted for you.

Readme the roughing cycles in lathe are not canned cycles. To get Canned Cycles from Mastercam you need to use them. Using a Rough Cycle is Long hand by design.

Toolpaths/Canned/

-Rough

-Finish

-Grooved

-Repeat Pattern

Suggest you get a hold of your local Mastercam Dealer and have them help you get some training. Or buy some online training or some books.
