X7 folder location for holders?

My X7 has decided not to find the proper spot for holders all

of a sudden.

 

Can any tell me where the folder is located?

It's in the tools folder in the shared directory

yeah I've seen that happen as well,...

for some reason it gets locked on to the folder you're working out of, I added the shared McamX folder to the Windows favorites

wish it did lock there since i have never used any other folder with X7.

 

I created a folder on the server (fromd day one of X7 install) for my programmer and I to use and save everything.

so we use the exact same holders and ops tools, etc. not sure how it found an X6 folder that

i or he has never used before in X7.

im pretty sure ive experienced this as well (cant exactly remember the last time it happened), i figured it was because the the file i was working on or had been working on was from an x6 version

Bad experience on the very 1st X6 file, opened and saved in X7 many months ago.

 

I only use X7 for all my new jobs since then.
