JG are you trying to figure out if it is makign the holes the right size. There is a way to make a hole any size you want doing cicrle mil you creat points at the cneters of the holes and use the cneter point as the control you can then create any size diameter hole you want from that. If you want the cicrle mill cycle to peck liek a drill then dotn grab the enites manunal grab them from the Entites selection on the frist selection page on circie toolpaths it will then create like a peckig ncycle doing one pass then retracting out then rapiding back to the retract position then feed down to depth then take another cut. It is not realized that is you grab entities this way Mastercam automatcially puts the Rapid retract in where as if you do it Manunal Selection way it will keep the tool down and not retract. If you still want ot create the hole a specfic sixe then when you go toolpaths/nextmenu/circmill/entities/only/points it will waork the same as Manuanl for selction but olny pick the point and stil bring up the opition to put whatever hole you want in there I hope that helps.

sorry for being vague.

the post is for a laser, during "drill" functions the post is setup to pass variables to the control namley the hole size, which in the past has been the tool size, the control uses this to vary the feed and power settings, the output I'm looking for is G65 P9998 H"hole size"
