Machine a Pick Up Window for Compound Angle

I think I am close to getting this but can't figure it out.  I need to machine a part with a hole at a compound angle.  I would like to machine a pickup window into the block during setup one.  This way, once they get the angle setup, all they have to do is touch x, y, and z off on this window and they are set.  So, in short this window must be square to the axis of the hole.  The file I have attached shows the stock that I'm working with. (Sorry can't show the part)  It has 2 views in it. Hole View is center of the hole (duh)  and corner view is where I'd like to machine my "pickup window"  I need some help on this one.  I can't quite figure it out.  Do I have to put this window on a different corner?  How do I create a solid with that window in it?

I do not have 5-axis and only need this to be a pickup window so I wouldn't have to machine every side. Just one side in x, y, and z for pickup

Are you familiar with planes by geometry?

Not that you have to for this example, but all you need is 2 lines to represent X&Y (positive direction if you can)

I have not used that feature yet.

Why not use a tooling ball. Drill and ream a 1/4" hole, insert tooling ball. Use it to reference any feature at any angle.

That would be a good way to go as well.  I'll have to remember that for future jobs.

Okay guys.  I have my setup and programs written and now I need to make setup sheets.  I brought in two sine plates to show the guys how to set them up and something seems amiss here.  When I'm square to my hole view, my sine plates are not square.  Am I being dense or is something not correct?  My thinking is, that when setup at the proper angle, the bottom angle plate should be square to the view.  Am I wrong?
