Lock feedrates was introduced I believe in X7 as the default process now. Go to Settings/System Configuration/Toolpaths and uncheck the Lock Feed Rates and Mastercam should behave the way you were sue to and how it acted for every version before this became the new method. We have had many discussions about this topic and you are in the camp that may not like. Yes there is a camp that love it and they seem to be the majority and people who were use to what you described were the minority.

 

Why you are on that page make sure to kick your memory buffering up to 80% will help you Mastercam do things little faster in my humble opinion.

:unworthy:  mine has been set at 50 all this time ....I have 16 gig so 20% should be more than enough to run Win764....
