In machine deburr issues

Hoping someone can help me with this one. I need to program a deburr path on 2 diffrent part and am looking for a tool that I have used in the past but it's been years. It's a 90deg  dual faced chamfer tool , carbide that comes to almost a point. .1875 major cut diameter. It was used for edge break inside and outside of part features. I just can't remember where I got it or who made it. ( senility kicking in here ). Does anyone recognize this cutter? It is diamond shaped with a reduced neck with upper and lower cutting surfaces. Also if i do find what i'm looking for i will probably be asking for advise on making it do what I need it to do. LOL  Thanks Rob.
